Do you know, Devil, that never crossed my mind once! :o

FWIW, my Traps went through four or five variations over the past few years. First, I had something like a Pringles can (neat and streamlined, but way too derivative).

Then, for whatever reason, I had one that looked like a steam-iron that's currently on sale. This one pioneered the idea of the retractable foot-pedal. (And, surprisingly, I still kinda like it. My only objection was that it started to look too bulky and low-tech.)

You know what No. 3 looks like...that's the one based off the Escargot vacuum-cleaner. I kept this design for the longest time, but it started to get a little too involved...too many moving parts and too much ornamentation.

Actually, I settled on a spherical trap because it allows me to continue the Dyson motif I have on the packs! ;D

I love that board. I created it so many years ago. October 2006, actually.

Reminds me of this flying Ghost Trap in RGB episode "Partners in Slime".

In recent weeks, I've grown unhappy with my original, disc-shaped Trap. It was time to throw away everything I had developed over the past couple of years and start afresh.

This trap is a 3 or 4-inch diameter ball, like a large bocce ball. You don't throw it at your target; rather, you "bowl" it onto the floor.

Having rolled for 2.5 feet, a pair of internal "smart motors" kick in and act as brakes; these are also calibrated to ensure that the trap stops with the doors facing up.

On "Manual," you can open and close the doors with a wireless trigger on the Nutrona Wand. On "Proximity," however, the doors open automatically, and a pair of laser emitters switch on. When a ghost hits these lasers, this will trigger the trap's containment field.

Hi, guys. I'm one of the forum's original members from when it first started. I might as well introduce myself like a newbie, though, because I've been away since...ooh, November/December at least.

Been working...found myself a job at a credit union. I have to say, it's a little bit like a Dalek--it exterminates much of my free time. Still, the money's quite good.

Today happens to be one of a few days off for me, and that's why I dropped by.

Hey, it looks great! I like the new design very much. I think it looks much better than before! :D

Changes have been made on the wiki in regards to the front page. The Ad(s) wikia puts on the front were interfering with page design. Naturally, Wikia has not been very informative when it comes to ads placement changes. So I finally have fixed it up. I had to remove a few things for it to work, and it is still a bit rough, but now works much better. Suggestions are welcome to further improving the front page design.

That's very interesting! I saw the original version of the episode today. But I wonder where does the name »Foxglove« come from. I saw it on the wikia. Do you know, Devil?

Nope, and now I fixed the links to the wiki (sadly a article wasn't made there "yet". That will change really soon ::) ) and I am going to fix Wikipedia.
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?titl....50486294#Heroes
This spread of Foxglove came from there from what I could see.

Update: It was part of "Ghostbusters (1986 TV series)" wikipedia article back on March 31, 2009.http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?titl....oldid=280899301

Oh... BTW the wiki added the info from wikipedia on April 30, 2009. It was still in the start up phase, and to be frank, I wouldn't have done the same thing today. Yeah I did trust them more back then. :o http://filmationghostbusters.wikia.com/i....4378&oldid=4377

Not true. In "Doggone Werewolf", Eddie steals Fangster's Scare Scooter and runs back to the present. When leading them back aboard the Ghost Buggy, he says their destination is "around 2351". Futura is actually from further on; in "My Present to the Future", Prime Evil specifies that Futura is from 2960.

Hello man, welcome aboard.

Yeah we already checked that, as Devil pointed out this discussion is old *how time flies...* :D
