Hate to bump such an old topic but Apparitia was a good character and should have been used more imo. 100% right as always.

Apparitia in "Statue of Liberty" makes me think that that episode was one of the first ones produced: her voice was very different from the Mae West impersonation that became standard, and her face was very strange, mainly because of the chin and jawline. Anyone else get that vibe?

We should compile a list of Apparitia's powers. She only appeared in one scene and had one line. Given her appearance, she didn't have very many powers (at least, none that could appear on an '80s Saturday Morning Cartoon), but I do know that she could change shape--in fact, in "Runaway Choo-Choo", she proved adept at plagiarizing from the Library Ghost.
