The Sound Effects (dragon and witch laugh)

Hi there.

A long time ago I was granted acces to the Hanna Barbera Sound Effect Library. Believe me I listened to at least 80% of em and it was just one thing...hillarious !

All those magic clinks and clonks and bzzts ;D

What I couldnt find was a well known monster/dragon scream and a witch laugh.

Im not able to find any contact info for Sam Horta (sound effect creator) or any other involved party, like Filmation.

Maybe one of you guys can help me out, where to look for and what are the origins of these 2 sounds.
