So we should blame the extras. I bet they just casted a bunch of genius nerds, because how on hell did that name pop-up so easily? ;D haha I guess you could blame the extras. You raise a good question though. It doesn't go into detail in the book why the extras started screaming that particular name. Personally, Ghostbusters just has a good ring to it. I mean how weird would it be to chant "Ghostbreakers!" or "Ghost trappers!". It's a very easy name to say.

Actually, I've heard the RGB DVD set pretty much sucks in terms of picture quality. The remastering was very slight, and the print was damaged enough to show dirt, speckles and grain on almost everywhere. ALSO, I've heard you can still see glimpses of cut commercials.

According to AMAZON.com, the RGB 25-disc set will be available on September 29th at the much lower price of $125.

You heard right. I own the box set, and going through it, there are issues of video source not being maintained. Also season 5 was completely screwed up as the 15 minute episodes where sped up and the half hour episodes were slowed down. And there are no plans to deal with it. The shows where taken from the master tapes of the syndicated which had corrected episode speeds for that season, as the episodes length were slightly different over the length of the other seasons. Its disappointing that they decided to not try getting the original saturday morning source tapes for it. Remastering........not from what i can see.

Well, my friend, they can't deal with it, the footage negatives looked a bit damaged, or so I've heard. The masters were in a pretty nasty shape, and that's the best they could come up with.
Of course, they should invest a major deal of money to restore the footage, but that ain't gonna happen for a cartoon.

Well remastering the 5 season to atleast get the shows running at normal time should have been done.

*Sigh* I'm still quite disappointed with how season 5 turned out. It's not hard to fix the speed on the slow videos, as basically it would be sped up. There is also a weird clipping problem with some of the episodes (Night Game being one really bad case of it).
Also, I'm seeing weird ghosting with videos as well (Not a joke/pun intended)

Yeah, the set package is good to watch, but the contents are flawed. They just didn't afford the best source prints available, to begin with.
