though many have surely seen this since its one of the extras on the DVD set, thought I'd post some of the more interesting ones for people to see! ENJOY! Some great info and background on the characters as well.

OH. MY. GOD.
Jake and Eddie look cyberpunk! Awesome sketches. TRACY is the best one: terrific stuff.
(looks like Scared Stiff was seriously improved in the following tests) ;D

Yeah. Glad they went with more of a wimpy C-3PO look for him

HA! Looks like "Scared Stiff, the Paranoid Android" to me. Though I do like the design of Tracy, looking a little more like Beast from the "X-Men" (in fact, if I ever get a hold of an X-Men 3 Beast action figure, I plan to do a custom of Tracy with it).
Can't say I'm too fond of Jake and Eddie, though, looking all encumbered like that. And Prime Evil looks way too generic.

Fangster looks pretty odd if you see him, the old version. Prime looks like he might have had sort of a mysterious Doctor Claw thing going or that'd be awesome in a FGB movie he has the hood at first and is revealed to have the mechanical robotic menacing face we all know. Some of the things look creepy, the Longjohn Scarechrome. A lot of them look like more "realistic" versions that could be in a live movie Making it a scary sort of action adventure movie.

You mean like, "what if Prime Evil's been building his 'true' form" and the Grim Reaper look (which, BTW, is so 15th Century) is merely an "interim" form?

It's always interesting to have a glance on earlier sketches of the characters, places and so on, but it's good they decided to use the ones we know and love.

The Scared Stiff prototype looks like one of those horrid robots from the sixties superhero movies... ;D Have you ever seen one of those? There's a great Italian cult-movie called 'The Fantastic Argoman' (also known as 'The Incredible Paris Incident'), 1967, where one of those ridiculous robots is featured as well.

No, I haven't seen one of those movies. Good they used the actual version. Scared Stiff wouldn't fall apart this easily then. ;D

O my God, are terrible in these pics ... But Prime Evil is much better and seems really bad! Well, he just looks like the "ordinary" ( GOSH) Grim Reaper. Nothing truly outstanding like the Prime Evil we all know and love.

After seeing the Original Presentation Reel on the vol. 2 set, I admit to being strangely fond of Scared Stiff MK I.

Yeah, he looks a bit better there than in a black-and-white sketch--the color scheme remains the same, for one, and he looks like he's got a bit more personality there. Remember, what Zack posted is only a test sketch, and I'm sure he'd look better in animation.
