Heh, it's funny. I re-enacted the Library Ghost scene in my FGB motion picture script I'm working on. In it, Spenser and Kong, Sr. are tracking down the offending spook, and they've brought their kids (Jake is 14, Eddie is almost 13) along, mostly so they could learn how their dads bust ghosts, and for me to set-up Jake's ghost-sniffing nose. The Library Ghost's transformation leads to a Benny Hill-like chase through the bookstacks--complete with speeded-up camera and "Yakety Sax"--and ends with Kong letting Jake use the Dematerializer for the first time.

It's one hell of a reference, if you ask me. I like/love these "serious" in-jokes. Kudos to you!

Nice cross-over and a great way to introduce the characters. The slap stick Benny Hill totally fits with the original series too.

I'll let us get back on topic for now, but I will say that the FGB Motion Picture screenplay is my ongoing work in progress. Be sure to take a look at it as it develops and drop any comments or suggestions in.

Hey, here's an idea for you. I'm thinking about joining the Proptopia team for some new ideas. With any luck, I'll be able to get my Dematerializer MK-I prop replica off the ground.

You just need chicks getting their clothing ripped off, and one of the guys getting hit in the groin a few times.

Proptopia? Yeah, it's a propmaker's community. They mostly interest themselves with replicas of The Other Guys' equipment, but here's hoping they'll accept some Filmation stuff too.

Okay, here's my first preliminary sketch of my proposed Dematerializer prop replica. It's hardly what you'd call a "complete" schematized prop, but it's at least a step in the right direction.

Very cool! Would love to see this carried out sometime Very nice. I was planning on watching some eps today maybe, I'll keep an eye out for anything distinguishing.
