That is exactly (among many other things) what I love so much on that show: That there is NO »Superman effect«, in no kind of way! ♥
About the time flux: That sounds interesting. It is a possibility. Anyway I'd say the transformation sequenz is faster than changing clothes oneself, and safer. … Okay, sorry for that, Eddy…

And Zero built that, essentially. That's an interesting idea. Is it official, or is it the way you think it is? I'd like to see references because it really would make sense. My idea so far was that Tracy built the whole »transformation room«. He's a technical genius, a wonderful scientist and the most creative gorilla I know. I think the Spectral Space not only puts the guys in the (psychological) "right mood" to be Ghostbusters, […] but I also think it somehow "improves" their physiological functions and make them more "healthy" for the job. Not stronger, just healthier. I don't think so. For example the many times Eddy hides trembling behind Tracys back: I don't think, this is the »right mood« to be a Ghostbuster. And then the scenes where the boys have to go upstairs some floors in a skyscraper; Eddy is really out of shape sometimes and even Jake has his moments where he's out of breath. So sorry, in this point I can't agree.

Oh wow, I forgot that episode where the poor guy lost his boots lol Now we know even Eddys shoe size! Say, if you still have access to that story, I can have it translated to English with my computer Are you sure your computer will do what you want it to do? I once have translated a text from German to English with the computer, and it was awful!

Aww, even if a whole ocean lies between us, we have this place to stay in contact! It's proven that the clothing procedure includes changing the socks (at least in terms of Eddy): Speaking of Eddy: Yes, he seems to be more afraid of the skelevator / cloth changing procedure than Jake. But furthermore he didn't find the key yet how to do it richt! It starts by his ashamed behavior in the energetic net. I'm sure that's why his next way isn't that much comfortable like Jakes. Than, he sit's on the conveyor belt in the wrong direction! The machine does the same things with him like it does with Jake, but it can't work, because he doesn't sit in the right position! I'm sure it would get much more comfortable for Eddy if he would read the ghostbuster's guide. ^^ I already have written a story about it, and Eddy was very thankful for it because it was the first time he could enjoy that whole cloth changing thing. (Unfortunately the story is written in German…)

It sounds to me like a perfect team! Especially in addition to our ghostbuster world; after all our boys have a tough job, that would be all the more heavier if they are the only company to bust ghosts!

Woohoo, this question was also discussed by my friend Jakey and me (in real life) not long time ago! Okay, here's what I think: I'm sure that the skelevator way to change clothes is not faster or slower than the usual way. It seems so because the changing scene feels to be so long, but it isn't, because we see the whole changing scene for both boys, what means: half the time for both of them! Including sitting straight in the car. If I would have to put out my street clothes and put on all what I need to do ghostbusting, I'm sure I would need the same time, if not more! So, yes, for this reason I would say *thumbs up* for the skelevator! But there are some other facts, that make the whole thing more complicated. - First of all: This conveyor belt is scary! I am afraid of heights, so I would not let a skeleton hand throw me in an energetic net, I would not survive this conveyor belt, and I would boycott the trapeze, the slide and the mattress! Not to mention that you have to have artistic skills to do this, which I don't have! - The second - and even more important - thing ist: Does anyone eventually think about GB? About his shock absorbers, when the boys are hopping in? Has anyone ever paid attention to GBs pained look, when the three »featherweights« are jumping on their seats? Sorry, but if GB is in a bad mood, he has my completely sympathy! And that's why I would say: Skelevator - yes! But only for those who are not scared to death in it (like Eddy -> same point as I made for GB!), and without hurting the car that should be loyal afterwards! You see, yes or no is not that easy to say for me. Anyway, concerning the way to change clothes back to street clothes or pyjamas I have a clear idea of how this would happen in Ghost Command: Jake -> skelevator! Eddy -> not! Sorry if I'm asking stupid questions, I just don't get to converse with FGB fans in the real world GIVE ME MORE! I'm so glad and thankful about every other passionate fan of my beloved self-chosen forever home with which I can talk endlessly about this wonderful magical world. You're so very welcome with every »stupid« question! By the way, where do you come from? I come from Germany, and not far away from me lives my FGB cosplay-partner (!) Jakey, the only one I know in whole Germany who shares my passion about the boys the same way. (>^^)> You're great, Jakey! <(^^<)

I think it's a GREAT IDEA. I would totally love to write this into a series, and have two female ghostbusters that are loosely based on Jake Kong and Eddie Spencer (juniors, i mean lol) As far as a third wheel (Tracy character) goes, would any of you want another ape or a different type of character? Gee, I'm not that much convinced of the idea of a female counterpart of our ghostbuster team. Based on the possibility of another ghostbuster team featuring two women completely independent from our boys, I'd say, I would like to see another character to join them as an gorilla, just because there's a team with a gorilla already. Something different would create a special, new and primarily for this team unique magic. My ideas for the third team member could be for example a special tyoe of bird of prey, or - yes, you're reading right - a giraffe! (I am thinking about this possibilities for some time because of another fact: Some day Tracy will have to retire and won't be able to join the team no more, and I think, he would look out for a successor. These are some of the thoughts I have of it in mind for my own storyline. ^^) Besides, while we're at it, I would prefer a team consisting of two female members, one male member and one male animal member (see above). A little bit business competition for our boys, but not so much the (imho boring) idea of a stereotype 1:1 women team based on our beloved Spenser, Tracy & Kong junior-team! It acts more realistic and comprehensible. That's what I would like about another ghostbuster team. Maybe a little like the RGB, with a giraffe instead of Peter or something like that. hihi Just kidding!

I don't remember how often I have seen the cartoon as a child. This year - after I finally found the series on DVD - I am watching the episodes now for the third or fourth time. Now we are in 2015 and I have to change positions. It's countless times, and how many in total depends on the episode. - First of all it is so much fun watching FGB. It is more fun watching the same episode for the 100th time that watch some other shows for the first or second one. - Then it is getting more and more interesting and deep, because there are so many details you only get to notice after watching the episodes more and more times. You can't realize all the beautiful scenes and details at once by watching the show for the first time. So there is everytime something new to explore by watching the episodes. And the surprises never end, no matter how often you watch the show, right, Jakey? I just think of »The Beastly Buggy«, Jake running to the skelevator to »rescue« Jessica… - And last but not least I'm watching the episodes to analize them for my website, my storyline and so on. For example to take screenshots, write about charakters, scenes and content and so forth. Sometimes there are just scenes from episodes I watch more often than others. So, yes, it is countless times. I don't know how many times I have seen the 1986 series or the 1975 series, least of all especially concerning single episodes or scenes. Let's put it this way: I do not watching the FGB shows. It is my life! And it is hard to count a life!

Wow this story becomes bigger and bigger as time progresses... That's the plan! And you can bet, we are proud, - proud to be part of it; proud to have created something special to represent our beloved fandom, proud for the wonderful feedback and reactions we got so far and proud for the Filmation spirit we spread into the world! It's one simple formula: If you want your fandom to be alive, then there's only one thing: To live your fandom! And primarily: Never do it for anyone else! Always do it only for yourself! That's the first key to success! I just feel rejuvenated now that I know Sony/Columbia fans have opened their once-closed minds about the Filmation Ghostbusters and their undeniable beauty/power. I'd say, even someone who slags something in the incognito world of the internet would be more careful about it if he stands face to face with somebody in a cosplay suit! It's a matter of respect. Maybe that's a good basis to start a change of mind. But these people are a minority. Most of the people are open minded, very fascinated and welcoming. There simply has to be someone who reminds them of the Filmation boys and/or approach them. We made a whole lot of great and wonderful experiences with the Real Ghostbuster fans out there. It is a great community of Columbia and Filmation (Jakey and me, so far ^^) Ghostbusters Fans out there. In fact it is a great community of Ghostbusters Fans! And this is just the beginning of big times for Jake, Eddy & Tracy, I feel it! Ready for some more pictures of the event? Here they come: It works both ways: Here's one of our fellow Real Ghostbuster colleagues with a dematerializer! Eddy & Miss Marshmallow: Here's another video from the meeting, and - yeah! - Eddy made it! ^^ First scene of the report and Eddy is on screen - is there a better ghostbuster promotion than that? ^^ Jakey, you just look like the PERFECT female counterpart of our beloved Jake Kong, you're just born to do that! What do you mean, » female« counterpart? She's the best Jake anyway! How did the cartoon intro look on the big screen in terms of picture quality and resolution? Let's put it this way: I didn't get the time to pay attention to the quality because I was so impressed to see the boys on the big screen, that it was rather secondary. At least I didn't notice anything negative. Apart from that: It looks great, great, great if you are a big, big fan! ♥

Have you ever seen Filmation's Ghostbusters on the big screen? We did - even though it was only the intro! It was an amazing feeling, you can bet. And there were more cheers for it from the audience than we ever expected! ♥ (Thanks to »Sanifox« who was responsible for it! You did a very, very, very great job! *thumbs up!*) Here are some pictures from our little FGB exhibition booth at the Ghostbusters Meeting: There were two more booths like this for the real ghostbusters stuff. It was a small but excellent exhibition at the meeting which started at 10.00 am. At 8.00 pm it was cinema time! Then we watched the first ghostbuster movie on the big screen, and that was the time, we had the privilege to see all ghostbuster intros in one unique cinema trailer before the film started - including our beloved Filmation boys. ♥ It was a great big overwhelming time for us! After the movie we went in the city to let the day end as great as it began. And so it was: Even as we stand at Burger King to order our menues someone from the street made his way through the real ghostbusters to talk to us (»Filmation girls«, as we are called from our other ghostbuster friends ^^). It was amazing, and it's just the beginning! By the way: Thanks for promoting us on imdb, Prime! Looks great!
