Ha-ha, "occasional ghosting." LOL... jokes apart... Did you notice this "ghosting" phenomenon? OMG it is really bad in the RGB. Seems to have more to do with the frames per second change between one format to the next. Anyways, that wont go away at this point.

I must say that - judging from the screenshots our magnificent Devil provided - the digital transfer has been led properly and still feels perfect. The picture quality is excellent. (aside some flaws inherent to the way it was filmed, of course). Just remember, the 1975 show was shot on video, it was never supposed to look better than that. The BD transfer could not improve any show shot on video, since there are no film elements to work it out. So we must not blame Hallmark for that... Plus, a 1986 FGB BD is still possible. It would be a "port" of the DVD release. No improvement of any type, but still necessary. All in all, both the shows have been nicely preserved.
