Yes, Prime Good...the answer he gave where he compares FGB to the other Ghostbusters is definitely something I disagree with But I will say this in his defense...I don't think he wants to hurt anyone's feelings, and I bet he would regret saying that if he knew how much you and I (and others here, I'm sure) dislike it. He probably wasn't thinking of such things at the time. It is his opinion, after all...I guess I can't blame him for being honest. But obviously I disagree with his opinion there And at least at the end he sounds more positive.

ANYWAY, the creation always goes far beyond the creator, and he can even hate it or having lame regrets of some kind, we don't care at all. ;D

Here's what he said:
I can see where he's coming from...indeed, it almost sounds like he regrets that FGB wasn't as clever as RGB. J. Michael Straczynski, Michael Reaves and Richard Mueller all came from He-Man and went on to do RGB. If FGB had been taken just a little more seriously, those three writers could have given us a truly awesome series.

FGB was about wild imagination, fantasy, visionary flavour and not necessarely sophisticated plots and drama. That made the series really inspired and refreshing in my book.

It should be noted that among the other Ghostbusters Cartoon (Wheres the ape?!) that in interviews Harold Ramis, Michael C. Gross, and even J. M. Straczynski have said some belittling things said about the Real Ghostbusters. "This link has some strong language. Listener be advised" www.youtube.com/watch?v=EE1PHSAsbZY#t=5m7s Michael C. Gross has shared repeated negative views on the Real Ghostbusters and Ghostbusters II. Maybe he is be brutally honest or maybe he doesn't care, but he has said some tough things in the past and there is a taste of them in that interview. Why I bring this up? Well I wanted to add a bit of fair perspective here. To many that do the work of these shows and films it is a job/career. And they didn't have to love the concept of the show or the direction to work there, they just had to do they part and get out of the way after they were done. Pat comes off being that type, he was paid to voice act for 65 episodes of a animated series. He didn't have to love it, and he doesn't have to write love letters to the fans about it either. Be grateful he did it, and put a effort into it. Cherish what he did, and leave it at that.
