Hey there, as a big fan of Madame Why and Swamp Dreary I also got very fond of the batz. I'd like to know who's your favorite bat! I know how hard it can be to decide, so everyone can select up to three options. It would be great, if you tell me (resp. us) the reason for your choice. So, let's battle! ;D (Of course you may choose two batz and Foxglove! )

This isn't an easy choice, I know! I love the »Belfry cry« and Rafter ist very cute.
But my heart belongs to Foxglove! ♥ (It would have been great to see a batz-spinoff, with him in a leading part!) Then I chose Beauregard because I love his style. He's amazing in the episode »Country Cousin«, where he's much smarter than city-bat Belfry. He's adorable! Besides I like Eaves very much. He's so cute…

Foxglove was one of the more like-able characters of the series. So she gets my vote. Yikes! Translations, translations… In Germany Foxglove is a male, he's named Robert Redfox (or only Redfox, which is the better choice in my opinion). So I'm SORRY for this: But my heart belongs to Foxglove! ♥ (It would have been great to see a batz-spinoff, with him in a leading part!)

It seems as through it is a he after all. The voice does not sound male in the English version. Two points that suggest male in the English version... (time stamp 9:13) Eaves: "Precisely Old Boy" (12:09) Belfry: "How you doing Boys?" addresses all three bats and Foxfire. Two times, and both of these are questionable. It's a really tough call. The odd thing is Foxfire seems to flirt with the batz, tho that may be simply bad animation. Foxfire is a name of fungus that grows on trees that glows green. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FoxfireHowever, Foxfire is the name of a female superhero too. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foxfire_(comics)At the end of the day, Foxfire is a classic reason for the joke line "Its a Trap" which is referred to men that look and act female, and in some causes tomgirls that look and act like boys. guilty-gear.wikia.com/wiki/Bridget

Sigh.... Actually the American version calls "him?" Foxfire. That's very interesting! I saw the original version of the episode today. But I wonder where does the name »Foxglove« come from. I saw it on the wikia. Do you know, Devil?
