Quite frankly, I never pictured him as "short", but sometimes they depict him that way. Especially in the Opening, when he runs and chases Prime Evil along with the other guys.
Any guess?

Looking at the model sheets, you can see that Eddie´s a bit smaller than Jake, but a bit taller than Tracy. He is bulky so maybe that makes him look shorter than he really is.
Tasha and I already talked about the boys´ height once, and we figured that Eddie maybe is about 1,70 m – 1,73 m tall.
Jake is lean and skinny so you can easily get the impression that he´s quite tall. In fact I don´t think he´s that tall, maybe around 1,80 m. Jake almost is of the same height as Jessica and Futura.

Keep in account the fact Tracy hasn't a "straight" posture.

It's harder to gauge animation than live-action, isn't it?
Since what's on the screen isn't always terribly reliable, I'm going to cheat a little and apply real-world measurements to Jake and Eddie. More specifically, Abbott and Costello, since that's who I feel Jake and Eddie were modeled after and intended to be. (Also, the connection to the "Meet the Monsters" movies is irresistible!)
Bud Abbott was 5'8", and Lou Costello was 5'5". That being said, Lou's weight made him look shorter than Bud.

I always wondered this too. In Japanese anime, they often give height measurements on those model sheets, but we're not so lucky. I decided to use Tracy as a 'standard' because he's similar to that of a real gorilla and then looked at those model sheets. Anyway, real gorilla heights are obtainable and after researching the average mature male gorilla--straightened upright, stands about 6 feet tall (~1.8m). Looking at the model sheets, if Tracy straightens up (discounting some of his hat), he's likely taller than Eddie, but I think he's just a little shorter than Jake. That'd put Jake over 6 feet (and his dad even more). Also, typical American tastes and popularity for tall heroes and tall, beautiful women might place Jessica and Futura taller than the 'average' female. Prime Evil would be the typical intimidating, towering villain and he clearly stands taller than Jake by at least a foot (~0.30m).
With all that info, I came to this below. Granted, this is only my interpretation and opinion and I may even alter this if I find better references.
Tracy (upright): 6 feet (~1.8m) Jake Jr.: 6 feet 1 inch (~1.85m) Jake Sr.: 6 feet 4 inches (~1.95m) Eddie Jr.: 5 feet 10 inches (~1.78m) Eddie Sr.: 5 feet 11 inches (~1.92m) Jessica: 5 feet 11 inches (~1.92m) Futura: 5 feet 10 inches (~1.78m) Prime Evil: 7-8 feet tall (~2.1m-2.4m)
The question I have to double-check by watching episodes (if there's even a scene where it can be compared) is Eddie Jr. and Futura the same height as I have them? Same with Eddie Sr. and Jessica. This cannot be determined with the model sheets since only Jake Jr. is seen in comparison with Jessica and Futura. Jake Sr. isn't even shown. Eddie Sr. is, but not with the females.

Your insight is magnificent, nothing else to add. Thank you so much for being here. (Jessica taller than Futura? Never noticed that, so funny)

Yes, based on the eye levels on the model sheet, Jessica is indeed taller than Futura, though not by much. Jessica's slightly shorter than Jake based on eye level. But both ladies are wearing heels. That could throw off heights a bit if they took those off and were just on their natural feet. That would shorten them a little more. Jake's wearing what I could only assume to be a Converse canvas style high-top sneaker--a popular style in mid to late 1980's USA. There's very little cushion or lift in those so his shoes will have very little to no adjustment to his height.

Hell yes. I used to wear them, back in the old days. You cannot tweak your height that much LOL.

"Jake Sr.: 6 feet 4 inches (~1.95m)"
In real life Forrest Tucker is 6'5" so you are really good at your guesses lol.
