"It is with the heaviest of hearts that we share with you the news our beloved Larry passed away in his sleep overnight. We are shocked and at a loss for words at the moment. Please remember he loved each and every one of you and wouldn’t want you to cry over his passing. He is reunited with his wife Norma and his beloved F Troop cast and so many friends and family. 01/08/1923-07/08/2022"
We will miss our brilliant, brave and undefeated Ghost Buster. He made TV history. Eddie and Jake are together again now, living in a new dimension and battling funny spectres. Thank you so much, Larry. We love you. Always, forever. 💖
"Yes, sir. We're the real deal. And no, sir. I don't listen Ray Parker" - Eddie Spenser Jr.
The Spenser Family won my heart right from the beginning. It's like the Dad of my beloved Eddy jr. has passed away, and my beloved father-in-law, so to say. Spenser was always the elegant Ghost Buster, and Larry has gone in the same way - with elegance. Hey, 99 and a half years, doesn't it sound much more elegant than 100? I think he knew, what he wanted. And I am thankful that he had so much time on earth to be right by my side, and at everyones side who adores him as much as I do. Only a few get this chance. So, Farewell, Larry. And take care of my little Sandy, my beloved Russian Blue, who passed away on May, 31. She almost was 17 years old, so she was an old lady, too. And it's a nice thought that Larry is now at her side to take care of her. ♥
