Sounds great! I'm glad you said a super-brawl, like a sport, rather than a fight to the death or something...not that I'd have any fear of Tracy losing

I agree with all the kind words for Filmation. I hope one day all their shows will be available in full!

Yes, both FGB75 and FGB86 are perfect, but I like your idea for a continuation, and I agree it's a natural progression. Would this be live action or cartoon? Or both combined? Ha, I guess not that last one.

I think I still have one Little Dracula, and one Werebunny! Hopefully there weren't lost, and are just misplaced.

I found, in the "shiny toy guns" section, a pistol called the Space Patrol Blaster. It was basically one of those generic space guns made by some Korean company. Pulling the trigger resulted in a sound fairly close to the original Dematerializer's SFX, which I have not been able to source. (Efforts to describe it result in people looking at me as if I've lost my mind.) It's only $7, and should be readily available at (if you're Stateside) K-Mart, Wal-Mart, Target, Toys R Us, your local mall, a flea market, etc. Also, it's got one of those LED spinny things inside it that looks like the Dematerializer's video effect when it spins. Actually, I can see a quite simple reverse-engineering job of the SFB in the future. I would have to take the wires from the trigger and solder them to a standard "push-button" trigger from Home Depot, then rig the whole thing through the PVC tube. Thanks for the info - this is very cool! Especially the price

I don't know how to play a pen and paper RPG (I know nothing about RPG, nothing at all) but maybe you could teach us how to do this online, and we could play it here? I still say we can get some kind of Ghostbusters game going! If no one answers in the next month or so, I will try to ask around for tips about how to get something like this started and then maybe we can get started! I was expecting someone to show up who knows what to do, but I guess they're not around much, or not here at all...

Yes, Prime Good...the answer he gave where he compares FGB to the other Ghostbusters is definitely something I disagree with But I will say this in his defense...I don't think he wants to hurt anyone's feelings, and I bet he would regret saying that if he knew how much you and I (and others here, I'm sure) dislike it. He probably wasn't thinking of such things at the time. It is his opinion, after all...I guess I can't blame him for being honest. But obviously I disagree with his opinion there And at least at the end he sounds more positive.

Today is the birthday of Elvis! Happy Birthday! "If I Can Dream" is an AMAZING song! A most wonderful choice for favorite Elvis song! He really sings that song so beautifully in the 68 comeback special! I think that may be the best! I've always loved the way he sang songs like "Kentucky Rain".

This is a cartoon by Filmation, and the opening theme can be seen and heard on youtube.com and it's quite good! I like Jerry Lewis anyway, and even though he doesn't do the voice in the cartoon, it still looks pretty good! I can't find any episodes, though.

I love "Funny Life (Bass Galore Edit Version)"! Rock on! I like the way it sounds a lot! The singing and music on all the songs - very cool! I will eventually listen to all the songs, and really take in the words. Congrats on the success mentioned on the band's site, and even if you didn't have success, I would still congratulate you on the creativity, because having ideas turn into an album is always great!

Your Auntie made a GREAT GREAT cake, Prime Good! Excellent! You must have been thrilled! I don't know too much about Star Trek, and even I love the cake! Ghost buggy, did you make that 3d bratarat? I wish I did! It's actually a photo of an action figure, that can be seen here: www.toyarchive.com/Filmation/FilmationsEvilFigures.htmlI think it is identifiable, am I right? Since you told us what we're looking for, I think I can see it!
