Hey guys,
Have you spotted the FGB DVD sets in American marts, discounts or shops lately? There must be a certain unsold quantity, or so.

I've seen it in the bookstore chain Half-Price Books for about $8 USD (per volume, I'm guessing) from time to time over the past few years. I don't ever remember seeing the live-action series on the shelf anywhere.

Despite what BCI Guy (an user at the HE-MAN.ORG forum) is telling us, I bet the sets are "sleeper hits" and are gradually selling, still today. They are cheap, among the other things.

I got the second set for $30 at Best Buy once. I wouldn't call that cheap. (I'm currently broke.)
Let's see....I got the '75 series for $15 at Saturday Matinee, and I got the first set at KB Toys for $10, both in the same day.

Of course, that was almost three years ago, so...

Of course, that was almost three years ago, so... I bet things are changed, and the sets aren't expensive anymore. That's how this business works... it's about timing.
